After these procedures, all my friends asked for the recipe! I’m amazed by the results! Highly recommend!
Women’s hands have very delicate and sensitive skin. That’s why it requires special care. Due to exposure to detergents, wind, cold, there might be spots, dryness, and sagging of the skin.
The novelty is home procedures that serve as a true spa experience!
We offer three options, each divided into three stages: preparation, exfoliation, and moisturizing.
First Option:
Mix one tablespoon of fine sea salt with three drops of tea tree or sage essential oil and one teaspoon of vegetable oil (olive, sunflower, flaxseed, sesame, or coconut oil).
Apply the mixture onto clean skin of hands and gently massage it for a few minutes.
Then make a mask from an egg yolk. Place the yolk in a bowl and add 1/2 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Mix well and apply it on the skin of hands for at least twenty minutes.
After that, rinse with warm water and observe the results.
For those who can’t use lemon juice, replace it with aloe gel.
Second Option:
This wonderful recipe will help restore youth to the skin, enhance its elasticity, and give a bounce to your hands’ skin.
Place 1 tablespoon of lemon or orange juice in a bowl and add three drops of grapefruit, lemon, or orange essential oil, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder if desired. Mix well, apply the mixture on the skin of hands for 10-15 minutes, and rinse with warm water.
The next step is to take 1 tablespoon of orange zest, 1 teaspoon of ground coffee, 1 teaspoon of grated ginger root, and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Mix, apply on the skin of hands, and gently massage for 2-3 minutes. Leave it on for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Mix 1 teaspoon of orange juice, 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, and a pinch of red pepper powder. Apply the mixture and rinse with warm water after 3-4 minutes.
For best results, apply almond oil or jojoba oil on your skin.
Third Option:
Prepare a decoction of calendula or chamomile flowers (1 tablespoon of flowers for 500 ml of water), cool to a warm state, add any citrus essential oil (2-3 drops) and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Immerse your hands in this liquid for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse with warm water.
Prepare a mixture of 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, and a pinch of baking soda. Apply the mixture, massage the skin for a few minutes, and rinse with warm water.
Then apply a mask made of 1 tablespoon of grated apple and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water and apply a bit of coconut or almond oil.
These procedures effectively eliminate age spots, skin dryness, and leave your hands soft and well-groomed. You’ll see results immediately!
It’s recommended to perform such procedures once a week.
During cold seasons, apply vegetable oil (coconut, olive, almond, or jojoba oil) to clean hand skin 2-3 times a week. Then put on cotton gloves and leave them on overnight.
Also, use mild natural soap for washing your hands.
Before going outside, apply a small amount of shea butter (karite) on clean hand skin. This will protect your skin from cold and wind, preserving its softness.
If your skin is cracked, apply a rich baby cream or calendula ointment to clean hand skin. Put on cotton gloves and leave them on overnight.
